(1) Every sea-going Nepalese vessel with a gross tonnage of 50 tons or more and a motive power of 150 horse power or more must keep the prescribed engine logbook.
(2) In such journal, the details of the connection to the ship and the measures taken in relation to the health of the ship will be written.
(3) Such diary should be signed by the master (chief officer) of the vessel and should be shown by the health officer of any port where the vessel is docked or ……Nepalese diplomatic or commercial representative whenever he wants to see it.
